Hello there, my name’s Anne and I’m Folksy’s new Community Manager.
I’ve just joined the team for a few hours a week to help James and Rob take the site forward. My main duties are keeping an eye on the forums to see what everyone’s talking about and to help out if I can, answer support queries, help plan and implement changes to the site and generally be an extra pair of hands around the place.
I’ve been selling (and buying!) on Folksy since it started and am really glad to be here. It’s an exciting time (and a bit nervewracking) and over the next few weeks we’re hoping to have some shiny new things to announce.
Now I’ve got access to the blog I’ll be adding news and updates, so let me know if there’s anything you think we should feature.

It’s lovely to see the Folksy blog up and running again. You’be been doing a great job Anne, really helping to alleviate the slight feeling of stagnation on the site. I look forward to hearing of new changes (as a hopeful guess I’d say sections and categories???? Please!!!!)
Hello Anne and good luck, I’m Dee and I’m new to Folksy too.
Thanks both.
I don’t want to give too much away Nicky, but stay tuned!
The suspense is killing me, Anne!
Good luck Anne with the new job, I think It’s got to be a good thing having someone on the team from the selling and buying side of things…:-)
Great to see somebody clearly listening to us Anne. Thank you.
Welcome Anne! Yay for shiny new announcements!!
Good to see something up on the blog again :-)
Welcome Anne. I hope you can keep the BLOG alive. Three or more weeks is too long to wait for an update.
Hi Anne….Good luck with your new role at folksy HQ. I have admired your work for some time and have some of your postcards in my work space!
Thanks all, especially you Magicalice ;)

Hi Anne, new things and help sounds good!
I’m new to Folksy and still trying to work out where to look for info, tips and help with starting out on Folksy. I love the site so far! :-)
Hi Anne, not sure where to ask this question and hope you can help. I am new to Folksy and want to see if anyone is viewing my products, can I paste a link on my page to Google analytics? or is there a “view” count in the pipeline like Etsy has? Hope you can help.
@helen – you can email us your questions or you can ask away on the forums for help from other sellers. Our support address can be found here :
