<p>This week Folksy HQ was saddened to hear of <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8188778.stm">the death of John Hughes</a>, director of The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink and Ferris Bueller&#8217;s Day Off, among others. He was responsible for getting many teenagers through their adolescence in the 1980s and his films haven&#8217;t lost any of their appeal over the years.</p>
<p>So, in tribute, the theme for this week&#8217;s <a href="http://www.folksy.com/featured/items">featured items</a> is Pretty in Pink.</p>
