Dan wanted a way to showcase the stuff on Folksy he liked. The stuff that should ‘bubble’ to the top but often struggles to under the amount of stuff Folksy has. So he started Folksy Finds a site which ‘curates’ some of the best bits of Folksy and interviews some of the sellers. For example Nicsknots has a lovely post on Easter gifts to be found on Folksy. It’s not only well designed, which you’d expect it to be (because Dan has a good design ‘eye’), but it’s also identifying lots of new talent.
