A Folksy Engagement!
Just before Christmas one of our sellers contacted us to say that we had played a part in her fiances recent proposal…
Incase you have somehow missed me shouting from the rooftops today – my gorgeous, thoughtful and romantic boyfriend proposed to me this morning!! Not only is that an amazing thing in itself but he actually used Folksy to do it :) A big thanks goes to Rachael from MadeWithLoveX who was in on the surprise! Dan had contacted Rachael and asked her to make a notebook with ‘Vix will you marry me?’ on the front…

We were thrilled to bits and asked the lucky bride to be, Vix of Folksy shop AccidentalVix if she would select a few wedding items from the site for us to share, including the gorgeous wedding dress from Michelle Samuels Designs shown above. You can also see pictured the actual engagement ring and the notebook of course! Vix tells us she is really keen to make her wedding day as handmade as possible, so we can’t wait to hear all about the big day. Click the images below for more details
