Strawberry Jam Recipes
This year I have an abundance of strawberries, we are mostly eating them directly off the plants (nothing more fresh and tasty!) but we have almost had too many now – yes that’s actually possible! So it was time to get out the recipe books and make some jam. I thought it would be helpful to list a few great strawberry jam recipes I have found on the internet for you to try in case you find yourself with a strawberry glut…
Easy strawberry jam recipe without pectin – I made this yesterday, it was the first site that popped up in my search for easy strawberry jam recipe. I have just tried the results on some buttered crumpets – thumbs well and truly up from my lot (and fingers in the jar and even some on the dog?)
BBC food Strawberry jam recipe – it’s probably a requirement to have Jam and Scones for afternoon tea at the BBC, has to be a winner!
River Cottage – Strawberry and Goosberry jam – In Hugh we trust! Scruffy haired good lifers make great jam – fact! :)
www.wimbledonstrawberries.com – The daddy of strawberry sites! More than just strawberry jams and preserves this site has strawberry cocktails and strawberry themed tips including a bizarre one that says strawberries whiten your teeth?
Happy jam making – nom nom nom :)

Lovely selection! Love the ring. We went ‘Pick your own strawberries’ last week, my little girl loved it. May go again today! M.
