To go with the sparkly new shopfronts, we asked three Folksy sellers to design sparkly new stock banners that anyone can use. This is what those clever designer folks came up with…
Leanne Oughton from Ello Design
The first of the new stock banners is by Leanne Oughton from Ello Design.
“As Folksy is so diverse, I wanted to make something that wasn’t tied down to one craft and could be used in a wide range of shops. Woodland has been a big trend for a while now, so I wanted to try and come up my own version, while keeping it gender neutral.”
Sandra Igbodo from Tea & Ceremony
The next new banner was designed by Sandra Igbodo from Folksy shop Tea & Ceremony. It’s even got a name: Terrific Triangles.
“I love vibrant designs and so I came up with this geometric banner for those who love a bold pattern.”
Francesca Iannaccone from mrs eliot books:
The final banner is designed by Francesca Iannaccone from mrs eliot books.
“I wanted the banner to say craft while also being modern and sharp. I added the label and text as customer service is very important to me. I’m interested in the whole process of being of a seller – from the products, to the look of the shop, to the communication and the packaging.”
The banners are available for anyone to use. Just log in, go to the Shop Appearance section on your dashboard, click ‘change banner’ and select the banner you’d like the most from the ‘choose from one of our banners’ bit. Ta da!

What terrific designs! Now the only problem is choosing which one …
You could choose a different one every week! :)
