My favourite thing about spring is the lighter evenings which seems to give you more energy to get things done!

Taking a long leisurely walk through the park and smelling the fresh Spring air while admiring all the flowers that are beginning to show their first buds.

I absolutely love spring! It’s the time when the nature wake up again. You finally have some sun, and hope that the summer is not too far away(and so, the holidays!). I also like the fact than it’s not either too cold or too hot (you can wear everything you like). Spring is the balance! Autumn, beautiful indeed, but the wind and the rain. Ah! And Spring happens at the same time than my birthday.. maybe a little coincidence here haha x Have a lovely spring season everyone x Samin

The sunshine warming your bones and giving a great feeling of being awoken from the winter slummber. Chance to turn down or off your central heating and have the windows open for fresh air. Birds twittering and flowers blossoming.

Growing up in Suffolk Spring for me is all about spotting the first blossom on the trees and the daffodil’s and tulip’s springing up in my parents garden. I love going back to the village I grew up in at this time of year and taking long walks down the country lanes where lambs and foals can be spotted in the fields. In fact I think it’s my favourite time of year!

I love watching birds collecting twigs and things for their nests. Especially when they over estimate how much they can fit in their mouths, watching them work out how to pick up one… more …stick! They’re master crafters using only their beaks and anything they find lying around. Makes me feel like I make more. :)

What I love about Spring is the beautiful fresh air, with just a hint of warmth on the breeze. The scent of fruit blossom floating through open windows. Pink throated magnolia blooms in the afternoon light. Sleepy little bulb buds stretching and yawning into open daffodil flowers in the sunshine. And the feeling of optimism that creeps into everything you do! I love the Spring!

Seeing the first lamb of the year, tentatively taking its first steps before gambling along after mum. So cute. xx
