There’s something new and exciting at Folksy… The Folksy Clubhouse!
We’ve been planning this for a while because we, as well as being a place to buy and sell craft, we like to think of Folksy as a club for artists, designers and makers working across the British Isles. And what does a club need? Its very own club house, of course!
You can join our club on Facebook here >>> https://www.facebook.com/groups/FolksyClubhouse/
Here’s a little video we made to introduce it…
The idea is to give you all a place where you can get to know each other, chat to other makers, ask questions and find support, share tips or problems, learn about events, craft fairs and courses in your area, share resources to help your creative businesses grow, continue discussions from #folksyhour, find out what’s happening at Folksy and get to know the team better.
We’ll still have the Talk Folksy forum (which we love!) but this is an extra space for people who tend to hang out on Facebook more or who just need more Folksy in their lives!
This Facebook Group is brand new and it’s yours! We’ll be posting in there to let you know what we’re up to at Folksy HQ, keeping you informed about campaigns you can join in with, sharing the latest advice and resources to keep you ahead of the game, and hopefully popping in with some LIVE videos and even webinars, but we need you too! So if you’ve found some really great resources online, if you’re reading a brilliant book for creatives or you’ve heard about a new craft fair, let people in the Clubhouse know!
So head over to your new clubhouse, pull up a bean bag, pour yourself a hot cocoa and make yourself at home!
