Introducing a new shop on Folksy – Go Where I Would
Nicki Brown set up her new shop on Folksy at the tail end of 2021, ready to start 2022 on the right track! We hope her shop will inspire more talented artists, like yourself, to take that leap of faith and start selling your work on Folksy.

Nicki is a mixed media artist based in Stockport, Cheshire. Her pieces are inspired by her love and exploration of the natural world. She uses her passion to make watercolour paintings, drawings and 3D sculptures – most of which can be found on her new Folksy shop. You could have her art inked on you forever because she is also a full time tattoo artist, specialising in black and grey realism. If you’d rather have them in a frame you can visit her Folksy shop and order a print instead!

I love to paint detailed, botanical paintings of both mushrooms and flowers, a time consuming process that leads to a lovely ‘real’ watercolour painting
Nicki Brown, Go Where I Would

Nicki’s detailed botanical paintings are truly a work of art. When we look at them we feel as though we’re off on our very own adventure deep in the woodlands. We think her shop, Go Where I Would, is a star example of what a new shop on Folksy could look like. The way she compositions her product photography is ace – it really sets the tone of her work!
