Would you like to have a stall at the Weekend of the Maker craft fair in November? The Weekend of the Maker is an event we’re organising in partnership with Crafty Fox Market and Roco Creative Co-op in Sheffield on the 26-27 November 2016. We’re looking for talented makers to sell their wares at the craft fair, which will showcase the very best of handmade in the UK.
The market will be spread across five spaces at Roco – thee gallery rooms, the entry foyer and the cafe/bar space. There will also be a programme of talks and activities taking place over the weekend, run by Folksy and The Roco, plus an evening social for all the makers taking part. Public entry to the craft fair is free.
We’ve tried to keep the cost of the craft fair as affordable as we can and get as many makers involved as possible. So the costs and table sizes are:
Small table (75 x 75cm), Saturday, 10am-5pm: £35
Large table (120 x 76cm), Saturday, 10am – 5pm: £48
Small table (75 x 75cm), Sunday, 11am – 5pm: £30
Large table (120 x 76cm), Sunday 11am – 5pm: £42
To give you an idea of what to expect, we’ve added some photos below from previous Crafty Fox Markets as well as photos of the cafe/bar, lobby and one of the three gallery rooms at Roco, where the craft fair will be held. You can find more details about the venue and terms of trading at www.craftyfoxmarket.co.uk/winter-2016-general-info-sheffield
